Carter has been having a diaper rash lately, so I was trying different interventions to help his poor little bottom. First, I let him run around naked, but after cleaning up many messes, I decided to put these cotton training pants on him. They were lose and 100% cotton, unlike his diapers. I thought that he looked so cute in the big boy undies. He wasn't too happy about me taking his picture.

We have a majic potion to use...don't laugh...here it goes. Layer lanolin cream (nursing cream) then diaper cream (any white kind-Balmex or Desytin) and then Mylanta. It works so well! And then another thing we've used and it's really the best is hoof cream (for horses) it's called Carona. You buy it at Tractor Supply. They used it on my neice and my father in law is a doctor and it was his idea. I was hesitant at first, but it's like a miracle cream!

You are too funny! Thanks for the suggestion. I think that he has a yeast infection so we are trying lotrimin cream. Hopefully that will take care of it.
